Chelsea still monitoring Morata
Both Chelsea and Arsenal are keeping tabs on the situation of Alvaro Morata, following his return to parent club Real Madrid from Juventus. The London rivals have long been linked with the Spain international, and the Mirror said neither has given up hope of eventually bringing him to the Premier League.
Madrid activated a £23 million buyback clause in Morata's contract earlier this month and could choose to sell him for something around the £45 million mark.
The 23-year-old scored twice at Euro 2016, and agent Juanma Lopez has confirmed that "the player has offers on the table to move to England," the Mirror said.
Morata himself has said Real "will decide if they want me otherwise, we will find another solution."
