Chelsea set to sign Seria A star

The new manager Antonio Conte will finally start his Chelsea FC career today.

After signing Michy Batshuayi, earlier in this transfer window, Chelsea are ready to make the second signing, and it could be the Lazio star player, Felipe Anderson.

Felipe was a top talent 2 years ago, but he failed to live up to expectations.Lazio are now ready to sell the 23-year old brazilian midfielder according to Gazzetta World.

Despite not reaching his potential, Anderson scored 7 and made 4 goals in a rather disappointing season for Lazio.

The former Santos star would presumably be a squad player initially with his preferred role likely to be taken up by Eden Hazard. However, Chelsea will hope to reignite Felipe in the Premier League.
